WebCast

Terms of Service

Last updated November 7, 2026

WebCast ("the service") is operated by Enrico Dombowsky ("we", "us"). When you use WebCast you are entering into an agreement with Enrico Dombowsky. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

WebCast lets listeners stream music and lets artists publish tracks and plan releases. Publishing is free. Optional paid features include WebCast Pro (a monthly subscription for artists) and tips that listeners can send to support artists.

Your account

You must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use paid features. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your information accurate.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse WebCast. In particular you must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
  • upload music or artwork you do not own or have rights to, or otherwise infringe anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfere with the service's security, including spreading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping;
  • artificially inflate plays or manipulate rankings.

Your content

You keep ownership of the music and artwork you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, store, and stream that content only to provide the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to support@webcastmusic.app; we may remove it and suspend repeat infringers.

Our intellectual property

Enrico Dombowsky owns the WebCast service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

Payments, subscriptions and tips

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. WebCast Pro renews monthly until you cancel; after cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy and Pricing.

No guarantee

We work to keep WebCast running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can stop using WebCast at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Questions: support@webcastmusic.app.
