Enrico Dombowsky operates WebCast and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, login credentials): to create and secure your account — needed to perform our contract with you.
• Artist profile and uploads (name, bio, genre, music, artwork, release plans): to provide the service — contract.
• Usage data (plays, pages visited, language choice): to run, improve, and secure WebCast — legitimate interests.
• Device and technical data (IP address, browser, device identifiers): for security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to answer your questions — contract and legitimate interests.
• Marketing: only if you agree — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run WebCast (hosting, storage, database, analytics).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling our products, managing subscriptions, processing payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA and, where it applies, the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your privacy regulator. Contact support@webcastmusic.app; we aim to reply within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies without your consent. You can clear these in your browser settings.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.
