We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase — including WebCast Pro or a tip — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@webcastmusic.app and we'll help.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel WebCast Pro at any time from your Studio. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
